# The Scottish Dental Practice Board Regulations 1997, Regulation 16: Transitional provisions


Where before the coming into force of these Regulations a person was appointed a member then, subject to regulations 8 and 9, he shall continue to be a member until the expiry of the period for which he was appointed.
