  "text": "In these Regulations–\n“the Act” means the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;\n“associateship agreement” has the same meaning as in the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1996;\n“the Board” means the Scottish Dental Practice Board;\n“Common Services Agency” means the Agency constituted under section 10 of the Act;\n“dentist” means a registered dental practitioner;\n“dental officer” has the same meaning as in the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1996;\n“estimate” has the same meaning as in the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1996;\n“member” means a member of the Board including its chairman.",
