  "text": "(1) The Board shall continue to be constituted for the purpose of carrying out such duties as may be prescribed under section 4(1) of the Act and such other functions as may be conferred on it under section 4(1A) and (1C) of the Act.\n(2) The Board shall continue to be a body corporate.\n(3) The Board shall not acquire land except with the consent of the Secretary of State.",
