  "text": "In section 13(3) of the Scottish Development Agency Act 1975 (which sets out the limit on the aggregate of certain amounts outstanding as regards the Scottish Development Agency), for the words “£700 million” (which were substituted by section 2(1) of the Industry Act 1981) there shall be substituted the words “ £1,200 million ”.",
