  "text": "(1) A local authority may disclose information to the database operator for the purpose of inclusion of that information in the database.\n(2) A local authority which is responsible for the entry of information in the database may share that information with—\n(a) another local authority,\n(b) a constable,\n(c) a member of the police staff,\n(d) the Scottish Ministers,\nfor the purposes of the Act.",
