  "text": "Dogs\nMade 7th December 2021\nComing into force 31st December 2021\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(1) and 17(1)(b) of the Control of Dogs (Scotland) Act 2010 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 17(2) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nIn accordance with section 8(1) of that Act, the Scottish Ministers have consulted with local authorities in Scotland and with such other persons as they consider appropriate.",
