  "text": "(1) In section 5 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 (elections and term of office of councillors)—\n(a) subsections (1A) and (1B) are repealed,\n(b) in subsection (1C), for “fourth” substitute “ fifth ”.\n(2) In section 43 of the Representation of the People Act 1983 (day of ordinary local elections in Scotland etc.), in subsection (1C) for “5(1A) or (1B)” substitute “ 5(1C) ”.",
