  "text": "(1) Schedule 1 of the Scotland Act 1998 is modified as follows.\n(2) After paragraph 3(7), insert—\n“(7A) Boundaries Scotland may not submit to the Scottish Ministers—\n(a) a report mentioned in sub-paragraph (5), or\n(b) a report under sub-paragraph (6),\nduring the period of 18 months immediately preceding the date of the next ordinary general election for membership of the Parliament.”.",
