The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 84(4) of the Electricity Act 1989^f1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board and the South of Scotland Electricity Board and their successor companies, Scottish Hydro-Electric plc, Scottish Power plc and Scottish Nuclear Limited, and being satisfied that nothing further remains to be done by either Board whether under Schedule 17 to that Act or otherwise, hereby makes the following Order:
