  "text": "Whereas since the abolishing of Episcopal Government in Scotland those of the Episcopal Perswasion there have been frequently disturbed and interrupted in their Religious Assemblies and their Ministers prosecuted for reading the English Service in their Congregations and for administring the Sacraments according to the Form and Manner prescribed in the Liturgy of the Church of England.",
