Article 2 Framework document
The document prepared by the Scottish Ministers under section 40(1) of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005, entitled “Fire and Rescue Framework for Scotland 2022” and published in March 2022f1, has effect for the purposes of section 40(4) of that Act.
