  "text": "Fire And Rescue Services\nMade 29th March 2022\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 31st March 2022\nComing into force 26th May 2022\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 40(4) of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 40(5) of that Act, the Scottish Ministers have, in preparing the document mentioned in section 40(1), consulted the persons mentioned in section 40(6).",
