  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order specifies the date for the dissolution of Scottish Homes (which was established as a body corporate by section 1 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988).\nAll functions of Scottish Homes were transferred to the Scottish Ministers by section 84 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001. All property and liabilities of Scottish Homes were transferred to the Scottish Ministers by–\n(a) the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (Transfer of Scottish Homes Property etc.) Order 2001 (S.S.I. 2001/396);\n(b) the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (Transfer of Scottish Homes Property and Liabilities) Order 2003 (S.S.I. 2003/532); and\n(c) the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (Transfer of Scottish Homes Property and Liabilities) Order 2005 (S.S.I. 2005/439).",
