  "text": "(1) The counting officer must make such arrangements as are reasonably practicable to ensure that—\n(a) every person attending at a polling station has been given a copy of the provisions of sub-paragraphs (1), (3), (5), (8), (9) and (10) of paragraph 7 of schedule 7,\n(b) every person attending at the counting of the votes has been given a copy of sub-paragraphs (4), (9) and (10) of that paragraph.\n(2) Paragraph (1) does not require the provision of that information to—\n(a) a person attending the polling station for the purpose of voting,\n(b) a person under the age of 16 accompanying a voter,\n(c) a companion of a voter with disabilities, or\n(d) a constable on duty at a polling station or at the count.",
