  "text": "(1) A person who commits an offence under sub-paragraph (1), (2), (4), (7), (8) or (10) of paragraph 52 is liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum,\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to a fine.\n(2) A person who commits an offence under sub-paragraph (3), (5), (6), (9), (11), (12) or (13) of paragraph 52 is liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum (or both),\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to a fine (or both).",
