# The Scottish Land Court Rules 1992, Paragraph 72: APPEAL AGAINST DIVISIONAL COURT ORDER


It shall not be competent to take any Appeal except to the Full Court or against any Order other than
(a) A Final Order, or
(b) An Order against which the Court which pronounced it has granted leave to appeal.
