Paragraph 75 APPEAL AGAINST DIVISIONAL COURT ORDER

In the event of an Appellant obtaining leave to withdraw or abandon his Appeal, any other party appearing in the Appeal may insist in such Appeal (if otherwise competent) in the same manner and to the same effect as if it had originally been taken by himself.
