Laid before Parliament 2nd March 1999
Coming into force in accordance with rule 1(2)
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 42 of the Representation of the People Act 1983, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:
