  "text": "Representation Of The People\nMade 11th January 2016\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 13th January 2016\nComing into force 1st March 2016\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(1) and 16(2)(a) of the Local Governance (Scotland) Act 2004 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 7(1) and (2)(j) of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 they have consulted the Electoral Commission.",
