  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Scottish Local Government Elections Amendment Order 2020 and comes into force on 9 September 2020.\n(2) The amendments made by this Order have no effect in relation to an election for which the notice of election is published on or before the day on which this Order comes into force.",
