Article 1 Citation, commencement and transitional provision

This Order may be cited as the Scottish Local Government Elections Amendment Order 2026 and comes into force on 13 November 2026.

(2)

This Order has no effect for the purposes of any election for which the date of poll is on or before 5 May 2027.
