  "text": "After rule 4(11) (nomination of candidates) insert—\n“(11A) Paragraph (11B) apples where—\n(a) the candidate has not made and signed a statement for the purposes of paragraph (11)(a), or\n(b) the candidate has made and signed a statement for the purposes of that paragraph and their home address is not in Scotland.\n(11B) Where this paragraph applies, the home address form must contain a correspondence address within Scotland.”.",
