  "text": "This Scottish Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct errors in S.S.I. 2002/457 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Instrument.\nREPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE\nMade 28th November 2002\nLaid before Parliament 28th November 2002\nComing into force 19th December 2002\nThe Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Representation of the People Act 1983, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Rules:",
