# The Scottish Local Government Elections Rules 2002, Paragraph 13


At the end of paragraph (1) of rule 35 (adjournment of poll in case of riot) there shall be inserted “who discharges the functions specified in regulation 96 of the Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 1986”.
