# The Scottish Local Government Elections Rules 2002, Paragraph 19


At the end of rule 45 (delivery of documents) there shall be inserted–
“and at an election where the returning officer does not discharge the functions referred to in regulation 96 of the Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 1986, this rule shall have effect as if paragraphs (c) and (e) were omitted.”.
