# The Scottish Local Government Elections Rules 2002, Paragraph 5


After paragraph (1) of rule 22 (equipment of polling stations) there shall be inserted the following paragraph:–
“(1A) The same ballot box may be used for the poll at the local government election and the poll at the parliamentary election or European Parliamentary election.”.
