  "text": "Environmental Protection\nMade 12th May 2015\nComing into force 13th May 2015\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(5) of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 165(5) of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
