# The Scottish Network 1 Tourist Board Scheme Amendment Order 2004

## Introductory text

This Scottish Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct an error in S.S.I. 2004/396 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that instrument.

Made 28th October 2004
Coming into force 1st December 2004
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 173 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf and after consulting the Scottish Tourist Board, and all local authorities whose areas lie within the area of the Scottish Network 1 Tourist Board in accordance with section 173(4)(a) of that Act hereby make the following Order:

## 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Scottish Network 1 Tourist Board Scheme Amendment Order 2004 and shall come into force on 1st December 2004.

## 2 Amendment of The Scottish Network 1 Tourist Board Scheme Order 2004

In paragraph 11 of Schedule 1 to The Scottish Network 1 Tourist Board Scheme Order 2004, for “exciting” substitute “existing”.

The Order corrects a typographical error in paragraph 11 of the scheme.
