This Scottish Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct an error in S.S.I. 2004/396 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that instrument.

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 173 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994f1 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf and after consulting the Scottish Tourist Board, and all local authorities whose areas lie within the area of the Scottish Network 1 Tourist Board in accordance with section 173(4)(a) of that Act hereby make the following Order:
