  "text": "CONSTITUTIONAL LAW\nDEVOLUTION, SCOTLAND\nMade 7th February 2007\nComing into force 8th February 2007\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 7th day of February 2007\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nThis Order is made by Her Majesty in Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 15 of the Scotland Act 1998.\nIn accordance with section 115(1) of, and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 7 to, that Act a draft of this Order was laid before and approved by a resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nAccordingly, Her Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, makes the following Order:",
