# The Scottish Parliament (Disqualification) Order 2025, Article 3


An office-holder of a description specified in column 1 of Part 2 of the schedule is disqualified from being a member of the Scottish Parliament for any constituency specified in relation to that office-holder in column 2 of that Part of the schedule and for any region specified in relation to that office-holder in column 3 of that Part of the schedule.
