The King’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(1)(d) and (2) of the Scotland Act 1998, and all other powers enabling His Majesty to do so.
In accordance with section 115(1) and paragraphs 1 and 2 of schedule 7 of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
Accordingly, His Majesty is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to order as follows:
