# The Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2001, Article 4: Amendment of Schedule 3 to the principal Order (Absent Voting)


In paragraph 8(4) (closing date for applications) for sub-paragraphs (i) and (ii) substitute–
“5 p.m. on the eleventh day before the date of the poll at that election.”.
