# The Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) (Amendment) Order 2001, Article 16: Article 85 (Application of provisions)


In article 85, in each of paragraphs (1)(b) and (2)(b) for the reference to “(2)” substitute “(3)”, and in paragraph (4) for the reference to “(2)(b)” substitute “(3)(b)”.
