  "text": "(1) Article 10 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (6), for the words “for an indefinite period” substitute “(whether for an indefinite period or for a particular period specified in his application)”.\n(3) In paragraph (9), at the end, add “; where the appointment was for a particular period, the appointment shall cease to be in force once that period expires.”.",
