# The Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 1999, Article 60: Imitation poll cards


No person shall for the purpose of promoting or procuring a particular result at a Scottish parliamentary election issue any poll card or document so closely resembling an official poll card as to be calculated to deceive, and paragraphs (2) and (3) of article 59 above apply as if an offence under this article were an offence under that article.
