Paragraph 41 Local elections rules: elector’s official poll card and notification

In the Appendix of forms in Schedule 2 to the local elections rules, in the form of an elector’s official poll card and the form of a proxy’s official notification for “8.00 am to 9.00 pm” there shall be substituted “7.00 am to 10.00 pm”.
