# The Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2010, Article 65: Imitation poll cards and notifications

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

No person shall for the purpose of promoting or procuring a particular result at a Scottish parliamentary election issue any poll card or notification or other document so closely resembling an official poll card or notification as to be calculated to deceive, and paragraphs (2) and (3) of article 63 apply as if an offence under this article were an offence under that article.
