# The Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2015, Article 91: Effect of demise of the Crown

A proclamation dissolving the Parliament as mentioned in section 2(5) , or requiring the poll at the election to be held on a different day as mentioned in section 2(5E), of the 1998 Act shall not be affected by the demise of the Crown.
