  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 (2002 asp 11). Schedule 2 specifies persons liable to investigation by the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman. The Order removes from the list of persons specified for this purpose the Traffic Commissioner for the Scottish Traffic Area.",
