# The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 Amendment Order 2011, Article 2: Amendment of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002


(1) The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In Part 2 of schedule 2 (persons liable to investigation), after paragraph 91B insert “91C Architecture and Design Scotland”.
