# The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 Amendment Order 2012, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force in accordance with article 1(2) and (3)
At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 15th day of February 2012
Present,
The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2)(c) of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 and all other powers enabling Her Majesty to do so.
In accordance with section 24(2) of that Act a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
Accordingly, Her Majesty is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows.
