# The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 (Consequential Modification of Instruments) Order 2003, Article 2: Amendment of the Public Services Contracts Regulations 1993


In Schedule 3 to the Public Services Contracts Regulations 1993 (GPA Annex I Contracting Authorities) the words “Office of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman” are inserted, at the appropriate place in the list specified in that Schedule.
