# The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 (Consequential Modification of Instruments) Order 2003, Article 4: Amendment of the Public Supply Contracts Regulations 1995


In Schedule 1 to the Public Supply Contracts Regulations 1995 (GPA Annex 1 Contracting Authorities) the words “Office of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman” are inserted at the appropriate place on the list specified in that Schedule.
