Article 14 Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992 (c. 53)

In section 2(3) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992 (composition of the Council and the Scottish Committee)(f1) for “shall, by virtue of his office, be a member” substitute “and the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman shall by virtue of their offices be members”.
