# The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2004, Article 18: Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 (c. 40)


In section 79(1) of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 (interpretation of Part 2)() in the definition of “office-holder” omit from “or” where it first occurs to “Scotland” where it first occurs and substitute “, the Health Service Commissioner for England or for Wales or the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman”.
