# The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2004, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order–
“the Act” means the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002();
“the Cabinet” means the Cabinet of the UK Government; and
“Ombudsman” means the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman appointed under section 1 of the Act.
