# The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 (Transitory and Transitional Provisions) Order 2002, Article 2: Expenses


Audit Scotland shall, on behalf of the Ombudsman, pay any reasonable expenses incurred by the Ombudsman in the exercise of the functions of the Ombudsman which it may be requested by the Ombudsman to pay.
