# Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002, Paragraph 4: Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (c.65)


Section 184(2) (disclosure of information to Commissioner for Local Administration in Scotland) of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 is repealed.
