  "heading": "Commencement, revocation and short title",
  "text": "(1) The provisions of this Act, except for—\n(a) sections 1, 23, 24 and 26(2),\n(b) schedule 1, and\n(c) this section,\ncome into force on such day as Her Majesty may by Order in Council appoint.\n(2) An Order in Council under subsection (1) may appoint a day for the purposes of article 3 of the Scotland Act 1998 (Transitory and Transitional Provisions) (Complaints of Maladministration) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/1351).\n(3) Different days may be appointed under this section for different purposes.\n(4) This Act may be cited as the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002.",
